Shipments
Packages are generally sent within 2 to 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via express courier.
Shipping tracking will be provided to your email address as soon as the package leaves.
Shipping charges include handling and packaging charges and postage. The boxes are appropriately large in size and your items are well protected.
Right of withdrawal
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days from the date of delivery, without penalty and without specifying the reason, provided the item is in perfect condition. Please email us in advance of your desire to return the item.
The product must be properly packed and shipped to the address listed below, enclosing the original invoice or shipping document. Also remember to specify how you will receive your refund.
